COVID-19 Update:
To our valued customers and vendors,
During these uncertain and difficult times, we hope this email finds you and your families well.
In an effort to keep our employees and customers safe, we will be limiting face to face contact. This will include suspending all repair and touch up work along with any field measurements and deliveries in occupied dwellings.
Unfortunately, we also feel it necessary to close our showroom to any walk-in or unscheduled visits. If you need to pick up cabinets and/or parts at our shop, we ask that you call ahead to schedule a time. Pick up will take place at customer pick up located on the west side of our building. In an attempt to keep everyone safe, we will have your order staged and ready for pick up to help keep our face to face time at a minimum. Will we also need to be pre-paid via credit card over the phone (if payment is due upon pick up).
Focusing on prevention we have:
• Increased the frequency and extent of daily cleanings.
• Implemented more stringent sanitation procedures.
• Briefed all team members on the importance of personal hygiene as recommended by the CDC.
These temporary policies will remain in effect until the CDC and local authorities deem it safe to return to normal operations.
